exist†trace Releasing New Album!

exist†trace’s guitarist Miko has recently announced that the band will be putting out a full album! It’s entitled “TWIN GATE”, and will be available on the 3rd of November for 2,940yen. It comes with 10 tracks, including some of their popular tracks. The only hint they gave was a partial track listing that include KNIFE, unforgive you, RESONANCE, 「終わりのない世界」(owari no nai sekai), VANGAURD, オルレアンの少女(orleans no kanojo).

They will also go on a short toumeihan oneman tour to celebrate the release. It begins on November 20th, and will be called “DECIDE”. Details below.

Chaos System’s Two-Month Consecutive Releases

Chaos System has announced that they will be holding a two-month consecutive release campaign beginning later this month!

The first of the two planned singles is entitled, “漆黒～狂気に満ちた心が故に染められたキミの詩～” (Shikkoku-kyouki ni michita kokoro ga yueni somerareta kimi no shi-) and is set for release on September 29th. While the second is entitled, “純白～冷酷非情が故に殺めたボクの詩～”(Junpaku-reikoku hijou ga yueni ayameta boku no shi-) and is planned for release on October 27th. Both singles will contain a total of three tracks and are priced at ¥1575. However, the singles are also strictly limited to only 1,000 copies each, so make sure to order yours before they sell out!

Those interested in purchasing a copy of either single will have the chance to during the live scheduled closest to each release date. The first single will be available at the band’s live in September 29th and the second will be available on October 22nd, both lives are being held at HOLIDAY Shinjuku. Additionally, fans who purchase their copy during the lives will receive a special bonus gift!

el-Ethnic Legist Euro Tour Change

Apparently there has been some changes to el-Ethnic Legist’s European tour. If you missed our previous post about it, you can read it here. The band canceled their Strasbourg, France live, which was supposed to be held on the 10th of September. However, they have added two days, one on Luxembourg on the 17th of September. The perks of the Luxembourg live is that it will be absolutely free! The other live will be held on September 23rd in Reims, France!

GUILD Announces Album & EU Tour!

This fall on October 1st, GUILD will be releasing their first full album titled “GUILDED”! The album will have 12 regular tracks plus a bonus track and cost 2,500yen. Unfortunately, not much else is known about the album nor is it seemingly available for pre-order yet. But we’ll be sure to update you once we hear more!

However, releasing an album isn’t the only thing GUILD will be doing in October, the band has also planned a fairly large European tour covering several countries and cities! The tour will last the entire month of October covering exclusively the eastern European countries like Romania and the Ukraine. You can see the list of venues and dates below:

Zull Goes Solo!

Zull(ex-The Candy Spooky Theater / NOOKICKY) has recently announced on his blog that he’s going solo! His solo project is named “white col ward”, and he will be performing for the first time in October on the 21st! He will be joining his former bandmates from The Candy Spooky Theater at their “SPOOKY HALLOWEEN 2010″ live. He also mentioned that everyone should look forward to October, because he will be putting music up on MySpace as well. Details on his first live are below!

L’eprica and DISH Host 2MAN Live!

Speaking of L’eprica, they will be hosting a 2man gig in October! It will be held on the 4th at Ikebukuro Chop. The name of the show will be “thought patterns”, and will be performed with the band DISH. Tickets will go on sale September 29th starting at 12:00 for 2,500yen. As an alternative, you can also purchase them the day of for 3,000yen. Doors open at 18:30 and the show starts at 19:00!

First Full Album Release by Angelo!

Angelo will be releasing their first full album in October on the 6th! It will be entitled “Design” and it will come in three different types. A special package edition, a limited, and a regular edition. The special package will come with a DVD, and will be for 7,500yen. The limited also comes with a DVD and will be available for 3,800yen. The regular will only come with the CD, and sell for 3,150yen.

The band will also go on a tour named “UNDERGROUND INFECTION”! Check out the schedule below.

Introducing Mar’s New Band!

Really exciting news for those of you who follow Mar(ex. BrandΦ/SectMateria). She has joined a new band named レクレンズ(rekurenzu/reclense). The band will be a four piece group, with the following line-up:

Vocalist みさき(Masaki) (Rumored to be a female vocalist)
Guitar/Program クマ(Kuma) (ex.BeaU / AibeLL / GizeL)
Bass ゆずき(Yuzuki) (ex.焔(Homura)
Drums まぁ(Mar) (ex.BrandΦ / SectMateria / GizeL)

Already the band has plans for two releases! One will be a live distributed single only, completely free as well. It will be entitled “(originality walker)”. You can pick this up on their October 16th live, which is their first live! You can also purchase in advanced, the band’s 1st maxi single entitled “(filter maker)”!

We have some unfortunate news for fans of Aural Vampire. According to an announcement that they have made on their Official Facebook, due to a communication mistake, the previously announced North American tour has been postponed.

Due to a communication mistake, the announced six city tour is North America in September 2010 supporting THE BIRTHDAY MASSACRE has been postponed.

Once new dates have been confirmed, a new announcement will be made.
We apologize for any inconvenience due to this mishap and look forward to your continued support toward AURAL VAMPIRE. Thank you.

The good news is at least, they will be rescheduling the lives! We will be sure to keep everyone up to date once they release the new tour information.

kannivalism recently announced during their live at Shibuya CC Lemon Hall, that they will be releasing a brand new single! They had no information for the single, other than it will be due out on the 24th of November! They also announced that they will be going on a national Japan tour starting December 9th. LUNA SEA’s urgent press conference in Hong Kong recently finished up. Leaving all of LUNA SEA’s fans in a daze. The hour long conference revealed hints to a new song, as well as plans for a world tour! The world tour will stretch from Germany all the way back to Japan. Tour dates are below!

knotlamp New Album & Guitarist Withdrawal

There is some bad news from rock band knotlamp, they have announced that their guitarist, TETSUNARI, has officially withdrawn from the band as of today. TETSUNARI stated that he is leaving due to “personal reasons”.

The sudden announcement definitely comes at a bad time as the band is currently in the middle of their ongoing, “Dot of the Galaxy TOUR 2010″ tour. However, the good news is that the band has plans to continue the tour with a support member for the rest of their scheduled lives.

For those unfamiliar with the band, they are currently on tour to promote their upcoming new album, “Dot of the Galaxy” that is set to release early next month on September 7th. The release will be available in two different types, both a regular CD only version as well as a CD+DVD limited version.

Luzmelt Performing In Canada!

With all the bad news coming from Luzmelt, there’s finally some reprieve! The band has announced via Darkest Labyrinth’s official YouTube, that they will be participating in an overseas live! They will attend the Dot.con convention, which is based in Toronto, Canada. The dates for this convention is November 13th through the 14th, and tickets are currently on sale for $30 (pre-registration fee), and this is for a weekend pass. You can purchase the pass on the day of the con for $40. Those of you interested in one day passes, Saturday is $35, and Sunday is $20. For more information on Dotcon, click here.

ALiBi’s New Look & Oneman Live Announcement

The colorful visual kei trio, ALiBi, has updated their OHP with a brand new look to go along with the announcement for a new oneman event!

The oneman live will be hosted by the band’s label, LOOP ASH, and has been entitled, “NEXT NEW STAR”. It has been scheduled to take place on November 21st at Ikebukuro BLACKHOLE. Further information is unavailable at this time, however, we will keep you updated once we know more.

As for the band’s updated look, it seems like ALiBi isn’t dropping their bright sense of style anytime soon! While the most noticeable changes are definitely the choice of darker clothing and the fact that guitarist 迦瑛 (Kae) is sporting a much darker hairstyle than his usual bright red, they generally are keeping with a similar theme as before. They look good though and I must say, I think the pink anchor design on vocalist カイ (Kai)’s hair is quite a nice touch!
