Last year, Kaiden talked about Celestial Garden’s disbanding this year. Unfortunately, after two members left the band, the remaining members decided it was the best decision.
Well, there is a bit of good news regarding them now.
杙凪 (Kuina), the forming bassist of Celestial Garden, has formed a new band! Although details have not yet been announced, we will announce more as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, AZu, the drummer of レイラ (Reira), has left the band.
He departed on February 6, 2010. Although, there doesn’t seem to be a reason as to why, hopefully more information will be available soon.

Just a little tid-bit of info that SuG fans may find a bit interesting.
The day their newest single “gr8 story” was released, it debuted #14 on the japanese oricon major charts!
It’s kind of cool that after their success in the indie charts, SuG is still going strong. Even after going major. It seems “gr8 story” was a good first major release for them!

Mugi, who was CELLT former vocalist, now as a solo project! It is called 楽團孤独(gakudan kodoku).
The first single will be live-distributed only. It’s title is not yet finalized, but will be released at his live at Ikebukuro CYBER on February 21, 2010.
His demo single “初雪 / ホス狂いの女” (Hatsuyuki) / (Hostclub no onna) will be released at his live “悪” (waru) at Ikebukuro CYBER on March 19, 2010. It will cost 1,200yen ($13.42 USD).

Art Cube is coming out with a new maxi single!
It is entitled “花陽影～Petal～” (Hanabikage～Petal～) and will be released on April 28, 2010. It will be available in 2 types.
Type A will include a CD with 2 songs plus a DVD which contains a promotional video. The cost is 1,890yen (about $21.14 USD).
Type B will include only the CD with 2 songs and cost 1,050yen (about $11.74 USD).
Also, this single will be sold in advance at their live at 高田馬場AREA on April 16, 2010!

A while ago, we mentioned SMILE’s revival (on March 22) and now there is a bit more information!
They have formed a unit which will perform the day after the SMILE revival live.
The ex-SMILE unit, called THE ラジオ体操 (THE Radio Taisou), will perform at Ikebukuro CYBER on March 23, 2010
Unfortunately, vocalist 歌澄 (Kasumi) will retire from musical activities after that live.

Remember our introduction to Spica, the new band of Shun (ex-MELLO)?
Well, there is a bit more of good news regarding them!
Spica is releasing a live-limited single. The title is not yet finalized, unfortunately. However, it will be released at their live at Sapporo MESSE HALL on March 5, 2010.
I’m very curious to finally hear their sound, and to finally see an official photo of them!

It seems that gemmik will have a one-day revival!
The event is going to be in early May of this year, however details have not yet been announced.
As most knew, the band disbanded in 2008. The reason was announced on their OHP as being Kuon’s health; presumably he was destroying his voice with his vocal style and cannot continue singing.
I’m sure fans are excited for this revival, so keep an eye out for more info! I hope we hear more soon.

The newly formed band VII-Sense has recently opened their OHP and have announced their first single already!
Their first single is entitled “BLACK BIRD”. It will be released March 24, 2010 and will include a CD plus a DVD.
Most will recognize members of the line-up from previous bands, which makes this all the more exciting!
